Order Number vs. Tracking Number

These are two different numbers, and mixing them up is the most common reason tracking searches fail. Here's how to tell them apart:

📦 Order Number

Given to you instantly when you complete checkout on our site.

Looks like: #1023

Where to find it: your order confirmation email, or "My Account → Order History".

⚠️ This will NOT work in the tracking box above.

🚚 Tracking Number

Created by the shipping carrier only once your order has been packed and handed over for delivery.

Looks like: a longer code, e.g. LP0012345678CN, RX123456789US

Where to find it: the "Your order has shipped" email, or "My Account → Order History" once the order is marked as fulfilled.

✅ This is the number to enter above.

Can't find your tracking number?

  1. Check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder) for an email titled "Your order is on its way" — it's sent as soon as your package ships.
  2. Log into your account and open Order History: the tracking number appears there automatically once your order is fulfilled.
  3. New orders need a little time to be prepared before they ship, so a tracking number isn't available immediately after purchase — please allow a few business days.
  4. Still no luck? Email us at contactslydeshop@gmail.com with your order number (e.g. #1023) and we'll look it up for you.
